Section 34
Assignment Of The Officer For Making A
(1) The power to make a punishment pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Act shall be to the chief of the concerned general survey office or survey office.
(2) The power to make a punishment pursuant to Sub-section (2) or
(4) of Section 12 of the Act, shall be to the chief of the concerned survey Section.
(3) The power to make a punishment pursuant to Sub-section (5) or
(6) of Section 12 of the Act shall be to the Director General.
